Most orders are shipped within 12-24 hours of receipt. Please contact us immediately at hello@alleven.com to see if the order can be modified. We will do whatever we can to make the change.
We accept all major credit cards, Paypal, Apple Pay and Shopify Payments.

The formulation of the product does not contain any ingredient that is considered not suitable for use during pregnancy. However, we recommend consulting with your gynecologist before using any body application product during pregnancy.
The product is formulated with perfume that does not contain any of the 27 recognized allergens in Europe, in a concentrations above the threshold that is considered declarable. For additional safety, it has been clinically tested on sensitive skin.
The product does not contain an expiration date because its expiration is greater than 30 months and therefore it is not required to be specified.
ALLEVEN does not use parabens in its products.
The product has been developed and manufactured in Europe, where neither cosmetic products nor their ingredients may be tested on animals.
