Unopened products can be returned within 7 days of the receipt of the product, as confirmed by the shipping carrier.

To be eligible for a return, please ensure the following criteria are met:

  • The product is not opened or used
  • The product is in its original packaging
  • You have the receipt or proof of purchase with your order number
  • You obtained a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number from us

Products that do not meet these criteria will not be considered for return. Returns received without a Return Merchandise Authorization are not eligible for refunds.

Shipping and Delivery
All shipping charges incurred in connection with the return of a product, including the original order shipping charges, are non-refundable.

If you have not received your order and the provided shipment tracking states it has been delivered, please notify us immediately at hello@alleven.com for assistance. Missing packages must be reported to us within 3 business days of the recorded delivery date.

Damaged items
If you received a damaged item or package, please notify us immediately for assistance at hello@alleven.com. Damages must be reported within 3 days of order receipt.

Defective items
If you believe you have received a defective item, please notify us within 14 days of order receipt for assistance at hello@alleven.com.

Sale items
Sale items are not eligible for refunds. Only regular price items can be refunded.

Exchanges
Currently, ALLEVEN does not offer an exchange program.  For assistance with product or shade selection, please reach out to us at hello@alleven.com.
