Unopened products can be returned within 7 days of the receipt of the product, as confirmed by the shipping carrier.
To be eligible for a return, please ensure the following criteria are met:
- The product is not opened or used
- The product is in its original packaging
- You have the receipt or proof of purchase with your order number
- You obtained a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number from us
Products that do not meet these criteria will not be considered for return. Returns received without a Return Merchandise Authorization are not eligible for refunds.

Shipping and Delivery
All shipping charges incurred in connection with the return of a product, including the original order shipping charges, are non-refundable.
If you have not received your order and the provided shipment tracking states it has been delivered, please notify us immediately at email@example.com for assistance. Missing packages must be reported to us within 3 business days of the recorded delivery date.
If you received a damaged item or package, please notify us immediately for assistance at firstname.lastname@example.org. Damages must be reported within 3 days of order receipt.
If you believe you have received a defective item, please notify us within 14 days of order receipt for assistance at email@example.com.
Sale items are not eligible for refunds. Only regular price items can be refunded.
